Drake / Anderson studio describes the creative process of this project as “a grand cruise ship sailing down the Hudson River just outside, this 5,800 sq. ft. apartment is bright, light and filled with fresh air.”

The star of the open living/dining room is a vast oval rug in blue tones that brings a nautical nod. The dimensional hand-carved lily pads in the bespoke piece, showcase Tai Ping’s strongest crafting techniques.
