The Galerie collection represents carpets and rugs edited by Tai Ping and designed by a culturally diverse selection of the world's most talented designers and artists. This collection illustrates collective creativity, innovative expertise and superb finishing techniques. All designs in this collection are expertly tufted by Tai Ping artisans.
Stéphanie Coutas
Thanks to her childhood in Hong Kong, Paris-based interior designer Stéphanie Coutas has developed a keen sense of intuition for the mixing of cultures. Her sophisticated and tasteful projects are characterised by the use of luxury materials, the prestige of made-to-measure furniture and the utmost quality and originality when it comes to finishing touches. Coutas has curated decorative pieces in collaboration with some of the world’s biggest names in design including Baccarat, Promemoria and Tai Ping – a creative venture steeped in meaning as it is symbolic of shared values between the designer and the artisanal carpet brand.
